“Brother” Rick is the voice you hear with the sounding of the alarm each weekday. Rick hosts "Morning Gospel" from 5:00 - 6:00 followed by “The Way of the Cross,” from 6:00 - 6:30, Monday - Friday mornings. He is the pastor at Westside Baptist Church in Tallassee. Rick began doing a daily program on WTLS shortly after he arrived at Westside in 1995. In 2000, he moved the program to the early morning slot enabling him to reach a larger segment of WTLS listeners. He combines inspirational music, prayer requests, and God’s message. Rick and Tina have three children: Dakota, Hannah, and Bethany Joy. |
