Jack's Restaurant

Tallassee welcomed in the new Jack’s Restaurant on July 21st. The establishment at 205 Gilmer Avenue had its official ribbon cutting on July 28th to the sounds of the Pride of Tallassee Marching Band.

Jack’s has 56 employees and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Store General Manager LisBeth Craft has been with Jack's for ten years. She was most recently the manager of the Lineville Jack's location. Her husband is a pastor in Wedowee.

She’s impressed with what she has seen in Tallassee so far. "I like this little town," she said. "It's so nice."

Craft spoke about the Jack's menu. "It's not only burgers," she said. "Our new freshly breaded chicken fingers are more chicken than bread. We've got grilled chicken too."

Restaurant hours are from 5:00 am - 9:00 pm daily. Hours are extended to 10:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The dining area accommodates 75-100 people. On Fridays, Jack’s will be the host site for “Football Fridays” from noon – 1:00.
